1. EV Charging Value HK$800 (the “Product”) is provided by Halo Energy Limited (the “Merchant”). The Product is bound by the terms and conditions set by the Merchant. For details, please contact the Merchant. Quality of selected products are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway.
2. The Product and promotion are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
3. Confirmed orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
4. The Product cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, other vouchers, products or bonus points. The Product cannot be returned or refunded.
5. The Product may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by Hong Kong Motor Club.
6. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice.
7. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail.
8. Limitation of Liability: The Hong Kong Motor Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. The Hong Kong Motor Club’s liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
10. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

EV Charging Value HK$800 | Halo Promotion Terms & Conditions
 

1. Promotion Overview 
   This promotion provides eligible participants with coupons for electric vehicle (EV) charging services. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions. 
2. Eligibility 
   - The promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. 
   - Participants must reside in Hong Kong. 
   - Participants must purchase the coupons at Hong Kong Motor Club platforms and use Halo mobile app paying for their EV Charging Service Fee.  
3. Promotion Period 
   - The promotion begins on 7 Jan 2025 and ends on 30 Jun 2025. 
   - Hong Kong Motor Club and Halo reserve the right to end the coupon promotion at their discretion.  
4. Coupon Details 
   - Each coupon is valid for $800 at a cost of HK$750 or $1,080 at a cost of $1,000 for the standard EV charging fee. 
   - Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
   - Coupons can only be used at Halo0 EV charging stations with a valid period of 100 days.  
5. Redemption 
   - Coupons must be redeemed in the Halo EV Charging Mobile App. 
   - To redeem, participants must [select the coupon from their Halo EV Charging Mobile App and use it to pay for EV Charging Service Fee]. 
6. Limitations 
   - This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. 
   - Coupons are valid while supplies last. 
   - Each Halo account can only enjoy the offer once 
   - Coupons are valid for 100 days from its issuance date. 
   - Coupons are only applicable to use in Halo EV Charging Mobile App. 
   - No minimum charging limit. 
7. Liability:  
   - Halo Energy Limited and Hong Kong Motor Club are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged coupons.

8. Dispute: Halo Energy Limited and Hong Kong Motor Club retain the authority to withhold any redemption with faulty transaction record. Halo Energy Limited and Hong Kong Motor Club reserve the final decision in case of any dispute.
